• ระยะเวลา: ตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 มีนาคม (เวลา 13.00 น.) - จนกว่าสินค้าจะหมด
• ช่องทางการสั่งซื้อ: www.storebnjent.com
• การจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์: เริ่มทยอยจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 มีนาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป

HOW TO BUY MERCHANDISE (ขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ)

1. Login: เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Username และ Password ที่ได้ทำการสมัครไว้ (หากยังไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิก กรุณาสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าแรกก่อนทำรายการ)
2. เลือก Menu: Merchandise
3. เลือกสินค้า: เลือกรายการสินค้า และ จำนวนที่ท่านต้องการซื้อ
4. เลือกวิธีการรับสินค้า:
   กรณีจัดส่งไปรษณีย์: กรอกชื่อผู้รับ เบอร์ติดต่อ อีเมล และที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งให้ถูกต้อง พร้อมตรวจสอบค่าจัดส่ง (เริ่มทยอยจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 มีนาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป โดยสามารถตรวจสอบเลข Tracking Number ได้ที่หน้า View Order)
5. เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน:
   • QR CODE Payment (มีค่าธรรมเนียม 1%)
   • บัตรเครดิต / เดบิต / Alipay (มีค่าธรรมเนียม 3%)
6. ยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ: เมื่อทำรายการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จแล้ว ระบบจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันการสั่งซื้อไปที่อีเมลของท่าน
7. ตรวจสอบสถานะ: ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบรายการสั่งซื้อ ได้ที่เมนู VIEW MY ORDER

ข้อกำหนดการสั่งซื้อ

• จำกัดการซื้อ: รายการละไม่เกิน 10 ชิ้น ต่อ 1 ออเดอร์
• สอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม: Line @PBTicketTeam1

[ หมายเหตุสำคัญ ]

• การจัดส่ง: ค่าธรรมเนียมขึ้นอยู่กับน้ำหนักและที่อยู่
• จัดส่งภายในประเทศเท่านั้น: 7-10 วันทำการ
• การส่งคืน: หากพัสดุถูกตีกลับเนื่องจากที่อยู่ผิดหรือไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้รับได้ ผู้ซื้อต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งใหม่เอง
• นโยบายการเปลี่ยนสินค้า:
  กรณีรับทางไปรษณีย์: แนะนำให้บันทึกวิดีโออย่างต่อเนื่องขณะเปิดพัสดุ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในการรักษาสิทธิ์ของท่านอย่างสูงสุด หากไม่มีคลิปวิดีโอ ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
• การยกเลิก: สินค้าที่ซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินได้
• รูปภาพสินค้าใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาเท่านั้น สินค้าจริงอาจมีรายละเอียดแตกต่างเล็กน้อย

• Period: From March 19 (starting 1:00 PM) until stocks last.

• Shipping: Delivery starts from March 23, 2026, onwards.

HOW TO BUY MERCHANDISE

1. Login: Log in using your Username and Password. (If you are not a member, please register on the homepage before proceeding).
2. Select Menu: Go to the "Merchandise" section.
3. Select Items: Choose your desired items and the quantity you wish to purchase.
4. Select Delivery Method:
   Postal Delivery: Enter the recipient's name, contact number, email, and shipping address accurately. Please check the shipping fee. (Delivery starts March 23, 2026. You can track your package via the "View Order" page).
5. Select Payment Method:
   • QR CODE Payment (1% processing fee)
   • Credit Card / Debit Card / Alipay (3% processing fee)
6. Confirm Order: Once the transaction is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
7. Check Status: You can review your purchase history under the "VIEW MY ORDER" menu.

• Purchase Limit: Maximum of 10 units per item per order.

[ IMPORTANT NOTES ]

• Shipping & Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and delivery address.
• Domestic Shipping (Thailand): Delivery takes 7-10 business days.
• Returns & Re-delivery: If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, the buyer will be responsible for the additional re-delivery costs.
• Exchange Policy:
  For Postal Delivery: We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while unboxing your package. This video serves as essential evidence to protect your rights. The company reserves the right to decline any claims or responsibility if no unboxing video is provided.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Purchased items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
