รายละเอียดการจำหน่ายบัตร
1. ผู้ที่ต้องการซื้อบัตร จะต้องเข้าไปลงทะเบียนสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์หลัก www.storebnjent.com โปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดก่อนกด "สมัครสมาชิก" ข้อมูลที่สมัครแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
2. เมื่อเปิดจำหน่ายบัตร จะมีขั้นตอนดังนี้:
2.1 เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Username และ Password ที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้
2.2 เลือกโซนและที่นั่งที่ต้องการ
2.3 ตรวจสอบและยืนยันที่นั่งที่เลือก จากนั้นเลือกวิธีการรับบัตร (รับบัตรด้วยตนเอง หรือจัดส่งทาง EMS โดยมีค่าจัดส่ง 70 บาท และจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น) แล้วดำเนินการไปยังขั้นตอนถัดไป
2.3.1 กรณีเลือก “รับบัตรด้วยตนเอง” สามารถรับบัตรได้ที่โต๊ะรับบัตรบริเวณหน้างาน โดยจะมีการประกาศเวลาเปิด–ปิดจุดรับบัตรให้ทราบอีกครั้ง
2.3.2 กรณีเลือกการจัดส่งทาง EMS บัตรจะถูกจัดส่งประมาณวันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2569 ผ่านไปรษณีย์ไทยพร้อมแจ้งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ (Tracking No.) ในหน้า “ตรวจสอบรายการ” (View Order) โดยผู้ใช้งานที่เลือกจัดส่ง EMS จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของที่อยู่ในหน้า “ตรวจสอบรายการ” ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 สัปดาห์ก่อนกำหนดจัดส่ง หากข้อมูลที่อยู่ไม่ครบถ้วน ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ดำเนินการจัดส่ง และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินค่าจัดส่งทุกกรณี
2.4 เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน จากนั้นกดสั่งซื้อ โดยท่านมีเวลาในการชำระเงินไม่เกิน 30 นาที* หากการชำระเงินไม่สำเร็จ สามารถเข้าไปที่เมนู “View My Order” เพื่อเลือกวิธีการชำระเงินอื่น หรือดำเนินการชำระเงินใหม่อีกครั้ง
2.4.1 กรณีเลือกชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต หรือ บัตรเดบิต ระบบจะนำท่านเข้าสู่หน้าชำระเงินอัตโนมัติ (มีค่าธรรมเนียม Convenience Fee เพิ่มเติม 3%) เมื่อชำระเงินผ่านระบบสำเร็จ รายการสั่งซื้อจะเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็น “เสร็จสิ้น” ทันที โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งการโอนเงิน
หากการชำระเงินไม่สำเร็จ หรือต้องการเปลี่ยนบัตร สามารถเข้าไปที่เมนู “View Order” เพื่อดำเนินการชำระเงินใหม่ โดยต้องทำรายการก่อนหมดเวลาออเดอร์อย่างน้อย 15 นาที
2.4.2 กรณีเลือกชำระผ่าน QR Code / PromptPay หรือ ShopeePay ระบบจะนำท่านเข้าสู่หน้าชำระเงินอัตโนมัติ โดยสามารถชำระผ่านแอปพลิเคชันของทุกธนาคารในประเทศไทย (มีค่าธรรมเนียม Convenience Fee เพิ่มเติม 1.5%) เมื่อชำระเงินผ่านระบบสำเร็จ รายการสั่งซื้อจะเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็น “เสร็จสิ้น” ทันที โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งการโอนเงิน
หากการชำระเงินไม่สำเร็จ หรือต้องการเปลี่ยนวิธีการชำระเงิน สามารถเข้าไปที่เมนู “View Order” เพื่อดำเนินการชำระเงินใหม่ โดยต้องทำรายการก่อนหมดเวลาออเดอร์อย่างน้อย 15 นาที
2.5 บัตรคอนเสิร์ตทุกราคา สามารถทำการสั่งซื้อบัตรได้สูงสุดจำนวน 6 ใบ ต่อรายการ โดยในแต่ละคำสั่งซื้อ จะสามารถซื้อบัตรได้เฉพาะโซนเดียวกันเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเลือกซื้อข้ามโซนได้ หากท่านต้องการซื้อบัตรต่างโซนจะต้องทำการสั่งซื้อรายการแรกให้สำเร็จก่อน และทำรายการสั่งซื้อโซนอื่น ๆ ในคำสั่งซื้อถัดไป ทั้งนี้หากตรวจพบการจองเข้ามาอย่างผิดปกติไม่ว่าจะในรูปแบบใดก็ตาม ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกออเดอร์โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี
3. ราคาบัตรดังกล่าวยังไม่รวมค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการ และค่าบัตรพลาสติกใบละ 50 บาท
4. หลังจากกดส่งข้อมูลการจองแล้ว จะไม่สามารถแก้ไขหรือยกเลิกการจองได้ในทุกกรณี และทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี
5. โปรดทราบว่าเว็บไซต์นี้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายบัตรที่ได้รับอนุญาตแต่เพียงผู้เดียว บัตรเข้าชมงานไม่สามารถนำไปจำหน่ายต่อในราคาสูงกว่าที่กำหนดได้ หากไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว บัตรของท่านอาจถูกยกเลิกโดยไม่ได้รับเงินคืน
ทั้งนี้ บัตรที่ซื้อจากเว็บไซต์อื่น บุคคลที่สาม หรือผู้จำหน่ายที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เช่น Viagogo, StubHub, Tixxa หรือแพลตฟอร์มในลักษณะเดียวกัน จะถือเป็นโมฆะและไม่สามารถใช้เข้าชมงานได้
6. บัตรกระดาษใช้สำหรับการเข้างาน โดยจะมีการพิมพ์ชื่อ–นามสกุลของผู้ถือบัตรลงบนบัตร ซึ่งชื่อที่แสดงจะเป็นไปตามข้อมูลที่ผู้สั่งซื้อกรอกไว้ในระบบขณะทำรายการ ทั้งนี้ สามารถกรอกชื่อได้เฉพาะภาษาไทย (TH) หรือภาษาอังกฤษ (ENG) เท่านั้น และบัตรทุกใบจะระบุชื่อผู้ถือบัตรเพื่อใช้ในการยืนยันตัวตน ณ สถานที่จัดงาน
7. ภายหลังจากการจองและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้สั่งซื้อจะต้องระบุชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมงานสำหรับบัตรแต่ละใบ และสามารถแก้ไขชื่อผู้ถือบัตรได้ด้วยตนเองผ่านหน้าเว็บไซต์ในเมนู “View Order” ภายในวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยสามารถแก้ไขได้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้ง ในกรณีที่มีการแก้ไขชื่อหรือการสะกดเกินกว่า 2 ครั้ง รายการดังกล่าวอาจถูกพิจารณาเพื่อตรวจสอบเพิ่มเติมโดยทีมงาน และ เมื่อพ้นกำหนดระยะเวลาดังกล่าว หรือในกรณีที่ได้มีการจัดส่งบัตรทางไปรษณีย์ (EMS) แล้ว จะไม่สามารถดำเนินการแก้ไขข้อมูลได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ บริษัทฯ ขอความกรุณาให้ผู้สั่งซื้อโปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลก่อนยืนยันการสั่งซื้อทุกครั้ง
8. กรณีบัตรที่นั่งสูญหาย ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องนำใบแจ้งความมาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อดำเนินการออกบัตรใหม่ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการออกบัตรใหม่เฉพาะในวันแสดงเท่านั้น และต้องดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 2 ชั่วโมงก่อนการแสดงเริ่มต้น
9. ผู้ชมที่ต้องการการดูแลพิเศษ หรือผู้พิการที่ประสงค์จะเข้าชมการแสดง กรุณาติดต่อทางอีเมล pbticketteam@gmail.com เพื่อลงทะเบียนแจ้งความต้องการล่วงหน้า
10. เว็บไซต์นี้จัดทำขึ้นภายใต้การดำเนินงานของ BNJ Entertainment และระบบจำหน่ายบัตรดำเนินการโดย PBTeam
ประกาศเกี่ยวกับการเข้าชมคอนเสิร์ตของเด็ก
เนื่องจากระดับเสียงภายในงานคอนเสิร์ตค่อนข้างดัง จึงมีข้อกำหนดในการเข้าชมของเด็กดังต่อไปนี้:
1. เด็กอายุ 0 - 3 ปี ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าชมคอนเสิร์ตไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ
2. เด็กอายุ 4 - 12 ปี สามารถเข้าชมคอนเสิร์ตได้ แต่ต้องมีผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ดูแลร่วมเข้าชมตลอดเวลา แนะนำให้ผู้ปกครองเตรียมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงสำหรับเด็ก หากเด็กส่งเสียงหรือแสดงพฤติกรรมที่รบกวนผู้ชมท่านอื่น เจ้าหน้าที่อาจขอความร่วมมือให้ผู้ปกครองและเด็กออกจากฮอลล์ชั่วคราว
3. ผู้เข้าชมทุกคน (รวมถึงเด็ก) ต้องมีบัตรเข้าชม 1 ใบต่อ 1 คน
ข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขในการเข้าชมคอนเสิร์ต
1. ห้ามนำกล้องถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอทุกชนิด อุปกรณ์บันทึกเสียง รวมถึงเลนส์เสริมสำหรับโทรศัพท์มือถือทุกประเภทเข้ามาภายในงาน
2. ห้ามทำการถ่ายทอดภาพสด (Live Streaming) ผ่านทุกช่องทางภายในงาน
3. อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ประเภท แท็บเล็ต และคอมพิวเตอร์โน๊ตบุ๊ค / แล็ปท็อป ไม่สามารถนำเข้าไปในงานได้ และไม่มีบริการรับฝากของที่หน้างาน
4. ห้ามนำป้ายเชียร์ / แบนเนอร์ / ป้ายไฟที่มีขนาดเกิน A4 รวมไปถึงที่คาดผมที่มีขนาดใหญ่ เข้ามาภายในงาน
5. ห้ามนำแท่งไฟที่มีขนาดความยาวเกิน 35 ซม. เข้ามาภายในงาน
6. ห้ามนำไม้เซลฟี่ / ขาตั้งกล้อง / เก้าอี้พับ / บันไดขนาดเล็ก / นกหวีด หรืออุปกรณ์ขยายเสียงต่าง ๆ เข้ามาภายในงาน
7. ไม่อนุญาตให้ขว้างหรือปาสิ่งของทุกชนิดขึ้นบนเวที
8. ห้ามนำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในงาน ยกเว้นน้ำเปล่าที่บรรจุอยู่ในขวดใส ที่สามารถมองเห็นได้
9. ห้ามนำสารเสพติด / อาวุธและของมีคมทุกชนิด / ไฟแช็ก รวมถึงสิ่งที่ก่อให้เกิดอันตรายทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในงาน
10. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในพื้นที่ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริเวณสถานที่จัดงาน
11. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าชมงานไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ทางผู้จัดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้างาน รวมถึงมีสิทธิ์เชิญให้ออกจากงาน โดยไม่ต้องชดเชยค่าเสียหายหรือคืนเงินค่าบัตรใด ๆ
12. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงิน การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่นั่งในทุกกรณี
13. การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด และบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Terms and Conditions
1. Audiences who would like to purchase tickets must register for membership on the website at www.storebnjent.com. Please ensure that all personal information is accurate before clicking “Sign Up,” as it cannot be changed afterward.
2. Once ticket sales open, the process will be as follows:
2.1 Log in using the registered username and password.
2.2 Select the desired zone and seat(s).
2.3 Review and confirm the selected seat(s), then choose the ticket delivery method (self-pickup or EMS delivery, with a THB 70 shipping fee within Thailand only), and proceed to the next step.
2.3.1 If “Self-Pickup” is selected, tickets can be collected at the ticket counter at the venue. The operating hours of the collection point will be announced at a later time.
2.3.2 In the case of selecting EMS delivery, tickets will be dispatched around June 25, 2026 via Thailand Post. A tracking number will be provided on the “View Order” page. Users who choose EMS delivery are required to verify the accuracy of their delivery address on the “View Order” page at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled dispatch date. If the address information is incomplete or incorrect, the organizer reserves the right to withhold shipment and will not issue any refund for the delivery fee under any circumstances.
2.4 Select the payment method and proceed to place the order. Please complete the payment within 30 minutes*. If the payment is unsuccessful, you can go to the “View My Order” menu to choose another payment method or complete the payment again.
2.4.1 If payment is made via credit card or debit card, you will be redirected to the payment gateway automatically (a 3% convenience fee will apply). Once the payment is successfully completed, the order status will be updated to “Completed” immediately, and no payment notification is required. If the payment is unsuccessful or you wish to change the card, you can go to the “View Order” menu to complete the payment again. Please ensure the payment is made at least 15 minutes before the order expires.
2.4.2 If payment is made via QR Code / PromptPay or ShopeePay, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page. Payment can be completed through any Mobile Banking application in Thailand (a 1.5% convenience fee will apply). Once the payment is successfully completed, the order status will be updated to “Completed” immediately, and no payment notification is required. If the payment is unsuccessful or you wish to change the payment method, you may go to the “View Order” menu to complete the payment again. Please ensure that payment is completed at least 15 minutes before the order expires.
2.5 Purchases are limited to a maximum of six (6) tickets per transaction. For each purchase order, tickets can only be bought within the same zone/price. Cross-zone purchases are not allowed in a single transaction. However, If you would like to purchase multiple zones, you need to complete the first order, then can purchase another zone in the next order. The team reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of irregular or abnormal booking activity, without prior notice and without refund in all cases.
3. Ticket prices do not include the processing fee and a PVC ticket fee of THB 50.
4. Once the booking has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances, and no refunds will be provided in all cases.
5. Please be advised that this website is the sole authorized ticketing platform. Tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold at a price higher than the face value. Failure to comply with this condition may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Tickets purchased from other websites, third parties, or unauthorized sellers—such as Viagogo, StubHub, Tixxa, or similar platforms will be considered void and will not be valid for event entry.
6. Paper tickets are required for venue entry. The ticket holder’s full name will be printed on each ticket, based on the information provided by the purchaser at the time of booking. Names may be entered in Thai (TH) or English (ENG) only. All tickets will display the holder’s name for identity verification at the entrance.
7. After the booking and payment have been completed, the purchaser is required to assign the attendee’s name for each ticket. The ticket holder’s name can be edited through the website under the “View Order” menu by June 18, 2026, with a maximum of two (2) edits allowed. If the name or spelling is changed more than twice, the order may be subject to further review by the organizer. After the stated deadline, or once the tickets have been dispatched via EMS, no further changes will be permitted under any circumstances. The company kindly requests that purchasers carefully review all information for accuracy before confirming each order.
8. In case of a lost seated ticket, the ticket holder is required to present a police report to the staff in order to request a replacement. The company reserves the right to issue replacement tickets on the show day only, and all requests must be made no later than two (2) hours prior to the start of the performance.
9. Audience members requiring special assistance, including persons with disabilities who wish to attend the event, are kindly requested to contact pbticketteam@gmail.com in advance to register their requirements.
10. This website is operated by BNJ Entertainment, and the ticketing system is managed by PBTeam.
Announcement for Child Admission to Concert
Due to the loud noise levels at the concert venue, the following admission rules apply for children:
1. Children aged 0 - 3 years are not allowed to attend the concert under any circumstances.
2. Children aged 4 - 12 years may attend the concert but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents are advised to bring ear protection for younger children. If a child disrupts the concert experience for other attendees, staff may request that the parent and child temporarily leave the venue.
3. One ticket per person (including children) is required for entry.
Rules and Conditions for Entering Concert Hall
1. All kinds of cameras, audio and video recorders as well as any external lenses for mobile phones are not allowed inside the hall.
2. Photography, video or audio recording, and live streaming on any platform are strictly prohibited during the show
3. Tablets / Notebooks or Laptop are not allowed to be brought into the concert hall.
4. LED light boards / Banner / Slogan larger than A4 and a big headband are not allowed inside the hall.
5. The light stick that is longer than 35 cm. is not allowed inside the hall.
6. Selfie sticks / tripods / portable chairs / ladders / whistles or any other sound amplifiers are not allowed inside the hall.
7. Throwing any objects onto the stage is strictly prohibited.
8. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the hall. Except for plain water in a clear, transparent bottle
9. Narcotics / weapons / sharp objects / lighters including any dangerous materials are not allowed inside the hall.
10. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the hall.
11. In case the participants violate the rules and regulations, the promoter has the rights to deny entry and also has the rights to remove the participants from the hall without compensating for damages or refunding any ticket price.
12. The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticket holder who provokes the rules and regulations.
13. Any decision made by the company is considered final.

Q1 : สมัครสมาชิกในเวบไซต์อย่างไร / ใช้ข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง / มีค่าใช้จ่ายหรือไม่
A1 : การสมัครสมาชิกในเวบไซต์ สมัครได้ที่เมนู ‘สมัครสมาชิก’ โดยใช้ข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้ Username ที่ต้องการ (ตัวอักษรเท่านั้น ห้ามมีเว้นวรรคหรืออักษรพิเศษ), Password, ชื่อ-นามสกุลตามบัตรประชาชน (หรือพาสปอร์ต), เพศ, ปีเกิด, ที่อยู่สำหรับจัดส่งเอกสาร, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, อีเมลที่ติดต่อได้ (สมัครฟรีไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ)
- หลังการสมัคร ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลจากระบบ ส่ง link ให้ท่านคลิกเพื่อ activate ยืนยันให้ user ของท่านใช้งานได้ โดยผู้สมัครจะมี user และ password ของตนเอง เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการซื้อบัตรหรือร่วมกิจกรรมอื่นๆต่อไป
- สำหรับท่านที่ไม่ได้รับ automail ในการยืนยันการสมัคร ให้ลองสมัครใหม่โดยใช้อีเมลเดิม ระบบจะทำการส่งอีเมลเพื่อยืนยันตัวซ้ำไปอีกครั้งโดยอัตโนมัติ ถ้าเป็นไปได้กรุณาใช้ gmail ในการลงทะเบียนจะพบปัญหาน้อยที่สุด
- เมื่อสมัครเรียบร้อยแล้ว แนะนำให้ทดสอบ log in ที่เมนู ‘บัญชีของฉัน’ โดยใช้ User, Password ของท่าน เพื่อตรวจสอบผลการสมัคร
- กรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการสมัคร ข้อมูลนี้จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
Q2 : ลืม User / Password ทำอย่างไร
A2 : กด ‘ลืมรหัสผ่าน’ ระบบจะให้ระบุอีเมล์ที่ใช้สมัคร และระบบจะส่งอีเมล์เพื่อใช้ในการรีเซ็ต password พร้อมแจ้ง User ที่ท่านใช้สมัครไปพร้อมกัน ไม่สามารถส่งลิ้งก์รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่านไปในช่องทางอื่นนอกเหนือจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครของยูสเซอร์นั้นๆ
Q3 : เวลาของระบบเป็นเวลาเท่าไหร่ เทียบเวลาได้ที่ไหน

Q4 : ในวันจอง สามารถ Log in ก่อนเวลาจองได้หรือไม่
A4 : สำหรับท่านที่สมัครสมาชิกไว้แล้ว ท่านสามารถล็อคอินได้ที่หน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ' โดยระบบจะเปิดให้ทดลอง Log in ก่อนเวลาเปิดจองบัตรประมาณ 1 ชม. และก่อนถึงเวลาเปิดจองประมาณ 10-15 นาที ให้ท่านรีเฟรชหน้าดังกล่าว และล็อคอินอีกครั้งเพื่อเตรียมกดที่เมนู "ซื้อบัตร" ตามเวลาที่ระบบกำหนด

A6 : ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง จะสามารถจองได้ครั้งละ 1-4 ใบ ในรอบและโซนเดียวกันเท่านั้น หากต้องการโซนอื่นด้วย ให้ทำการจองเข้ามาใหม่อีกครั้ง
- ก่อนการกดจองบัตร โปรดพิจารณาจำนวนบัตรที่ท่านเลือกให้ถี่ถ้วน เพราะเมื่อกดจองแล้วจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนวนได้ การโอนเงินต้องโอนพร้อมกันทั้งออเดอร์ไม่สามารถโอนเพียงใบใดใบหนึ่งได้ ถ้าท่านโอนไม่ครบ หากเจ้าหน้าที่อาจพิจารณายกเลิกออเดอร์ ท่านต้องกดบัตรใหม่ในรอบที่หลุดรอบถัดไปให้เท่ากับยอดเงินที่ท่านโอนเข้ามา ซึ่งจะทำให้ท่านเสียสิทธิในที่ดีๆ ที่ท่านเคยกดได้

Q8 : โอนเงินทางไหนได้บ้าง
A8 : กรณีเลือก 'โอนเงิน' ท่านสามารถโอนเงินผ่าน เคาน์เตอร์ธนาคาร, ตู้ ATM , CDM, Internet Banking หรือ Mobile Banking เพื่อเข้าบัญชีที่ระบบกำหนดแจ้งไว้ทันที หลังการโอนเงิน แนะนำให้ถ่ายรูปสลิป หรือแคปหน้าจอเสร็จสิ้นการโอนไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
- ยอดเงินที่ระบบแนะนำให้ชำระจะมีเศษสตางค์อยู่ด้วย กรุณาโอนเงินตามยอดเงินที่ระบบแจ้งพร้อมเศษสตางค์เพื่อการตรวจสอบที่รวดเร็วและแม่นยำ

A9 : กรณีเลือก 'โอนเงิน' ท่านต้องทำการแจ้งโอนเพื่อแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของยอดเงินของท่านที่ถูกโอนเข้ามาในเวลานั้นๆ โดยล็อคอินเข้ามาที่หน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)' แล้วกรอกข้อมูลการโอนและอัพโหลดรูปสลิบโอนเงินเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบ
**ถ้าท่านไม่แจ้งโอนในระบบภายในเวลาที่กำหนด เมื่อครบเวลาออเดอร์ดังกล่าวจะถูกลบโดยอัตโนมัติ**

Q1: How do I register on the website / What information is required / Are there any fees?
A1: To register on the website, please navigate to the ‘Register’ menu. The following information is required: desired Username (letters only, no spaces or special characters), Password, First and Last Name matching your ID card (or Passport), Gender, Year of Birth, Shipping Address, Telephone Number, and a valid Email Address (Registration is free of charge).
- After registering, you will receive an automated email containing an activation link. Please click the link to activate your account. Users will then have their own username and password to purchase tickets or participate in other activities.
- If you do not receive the automated confirmation email, please attempt to register again using the same email address. The system will automatically resend the confirmation email. We highly recommend using a Gmail account for registration to minimize potential issues.
- Once registration is complete, we recommend testing your login at the ‘My Account’ menu using your Username and Password to verify your account status.
- Please ensure all personal information provided during registration is accurate, as this information cannot be changed later.
Q2: What should I do if I forget my Username / Password?
A2: Click on ‘Forgot Password’. The system will prompt you to enter the email address associated with your account. A password reset link, along with your Username, will be sent to that email. Please note that the reset link can only be sent to the registered email address of that specific user and cannot be sent via any other channels.
Q3: What is the system time based on, and where can I compare it?
A3: The system utilizes the standard time set by the Hydrographic Department. You can synchronize or check the time by calling 1811.
Q4: Can I log in before the official booking time on the day of the ticket sale?
A4: Registered members can log in at the 'View Order' page. The system will allow test logins approximately 1 hour prior to the ticket launch. Around 10-15 minutes before the booking time, please refresh the page and log in again to prepare to click the "Buy Ticket" menu exactly at the scheduled time.
- If you access the website during the 1-hour window prior to the launch and do not see the 'Buy Ticket' menu, please clear your browser history and cookies from your device, then access the website again.
Q5: Can one user account be logged in from multiple devices simultaneously?
A5: One user account can be logged in from multiple devices concurrently, but this is highly discouraged. It may result in duplicate bookings under the same account. If the system detects abnormal booking activity from a single user, it may lead to investigation, further inquiries, order cancellation, or other actions.
- Accounts with multiple booked orders without subsequent payment will be closely monitored by system administrators. If this is determined to be intentional, the user account may be subject to a ban.
Q6: How many tickets and zones can be booked per transaction / How many tickets can one user book?
A6: For each transaction, you may book 1-4 tickets within the same showtime and zone only. If you wish to purchase tickets in a different zone, you must make a new, separate booking.
- Please carefully consider the number of tickets before confirming your booking, as the quantity cannot be altered afterward. Payment must be made in full for the entire order; partial payments for individual tickets are not accepted. If an incomplete payment is made, administrators may cancel the order. You will then need to rebook from the available remaining tickets to match your transferred amount, which may result in losing the previously secured seats.
Q7: Where can I find my order details (Order Number, Bank Account, Seat, Payment Deadline, Amount) if I forgot to note them down after booking?
A7: You will be provided with your Order Number, Bank Account Details, and Payment Notification Deadline on the final page upon successful booking. You can also review all your booking details at the ‘View Order’ menu.
Q8: What are the accepted methods for bank transfer?
A8: If you select 'Bank Transfer', you can transfer funds via Bank Counter, ATM, CDM, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking directly to the designated account provided by the system. After transferring, we strongly recommend taking a photo of the slip or capturing a screenshot of the completed transaction as proof of payment.
- The total payment amount suggested by the system will include decimal fractions (satang). Please transfer the exact amount, including the decimals, to ensure swift and accurate verification.
**Applications that schedule advance transfers or specific transfer methods that do not remit funds immediately to the destination account (e.g., TrueMoney Wallet) are NOT supported. These may cause delayed payments exceeding the deadline. If the administrative team cannot verify the funds in time, the ticket order may be subject to cancellation.
Q9: How do I submit my proof of payment?
A9: If 'Bank Transfer' is selected, you must submit a payment notification to claim ownership of the transferred funds at that specific time. Please log in, navigate to the 'View Order' page, fill in the transfer details, and upload the payment slip image for administrator verification.
**If you fail to notify the system of your payment within the specified deadline, the order will be automatically deleted upon expiration.**
After submitting the payment notification, the order status will change to 'Proceed'. The tickets in this order will then enter the verification process, where administrators will match the exact amount and time indicated in your notification (verification time frame is strictly per Terms and Conditions No. 3). Please capture a screenshot of your booking status showing 'Proceed' for your tracking reference.
- Do not submit a payment notification prior to completing the actual transfer. If detected, the ticket order may be subject to cancellation.
Q10: What should I do if I submitted incorrect transfer details, wrong time, wrong slip, incomplete payment requiring additional slip upload, or if the status hasn't changed to ‘Complete’ after 24 hours?
A10: If you have submitted incorrect transfer amounts that do not match the actual transaction, or provided an incorrect transfer time, and the status remains incomplete, the administrators may be unable to locate your funds to verify and update your ticket status. In such cases, you must click “Submit Additional Documents” on the View Order page.
Q11: What is the process for Credit/Debit Card payments? What if the transaction fails or card details are entered incorrectly?
A11: If you choose to pay via Credit/Debit card and the system successfully processes the transaction, the order status will immediately change to 'Complete'.
- Should the system fail to process the credit card transaction for any reason, you may re-select your payment method on the View Order page as follows:
- Change to ‘Bank Transfer’: You must proceed with the bank transfer and submit the payment notification through the system on the View Order page, as detailed in Q9.
- Retry Credit Card Payment: Select ‘Pay by Credit Card’ immediately within that specific order.
- Any order utilizing credit card payment that does not achieve a 'Complete' status will be deleted once the timeframe specified in the individual order's status expires.
Q12: How do I change the shipping address / Change from Self-Pickup to EMS / Change from EMS to Self-Pickup / Check Tracking details?
A12: You can manually update your shipping address on the 'View Order' page once the order status has changed to 'Complete'.
- The recipient name on the envelope will strictly follow the registered User's name. Envelopes will be printed with this default name and cannot be modified.
- The shipping address can be modified for each individual order number. You may freely add alternative recipient names or specific delivery instructions until the announced shipping schedule and the address modification deadline posted on the website.
- To change from EMS to Self-Pickup, simply edit the address field to "Self-Pickup" (or "รับเอง"). The administrative team will automatically acknowledge the change to on-site pickup. However, your EMS status will remain active, as EMS fees are strictly non-refundable once selected.
- To change the delivery method from 'Self-Pickup' to ‘EMS’, you may do so after the order status becomes 'Complete'. Manually edit the delivery method on the 'View Order' page and pay the 60 THB delivery fee per order via the website. Your address will subsequently appear in the order details. If it does not appear, please contact the administrative team.
- EMS deliveries will be dispatched approximately 5-10 days prior to the event, depending on the organizer's ticket printing schedule. Upon the shipping announcement date, you may check your Tracking Number on the ‘View Order’ page. The dispatched tickets will be the actual physical tickets required for event entry.
Q13: If I select Self-Pickup, where do I collect the tickets and what documents are required?
A13: Self-Pickup tickets can be collected at the on-site ticket counter approximately 6 hours before the concert starts, up until showtime. (Pickup times are subject to change. Please follow the official ticket pickup announcements on the organizer's Facebook Fanpage, typically released 5-10 days prior to the event).
*Tickets must be collected for the entire order at once; partial ticket pickup is not permitted.*
- If the person collecting the tickets is not the registered account owner, the representative must present a certified copy of the account owner's ID card containing a written power of attorney statement as follows:
"Certified true copy. I, ...(Account Owner's Full Name)..., hereby authorize ...(Representative's Full Name)... to collect the tickets for (Event Name), Order Number ……. on my behalf." (Must be physically printed), along with the representative's original ID card and the Order Number.
The ID copy with the power of attorney statement must be a physically printed or photocopied document, which will be retained by the staff as evidence. The Order Number, however, can be presented as a photo on a mobile phone.

- If the account owner is collecting the tickets personally, please present an original ID card with a name matching the registered account, along with the Order Number.
Q14: How is the queue organized for standing tickets (if applicable), and how can I check my queue number?
A14: For standing tickets, the queue order is determined sequentially by the timestamp of a successful booking. Your queue number will be displayed on the View Order page exactly 7 days after your payment notification is submitted. This 7-day period allows the administrative team to thoroughly verify and remove incomplete orders, subsequently moving up the next valid orders in the queue.
Prior to the official queue numbers being released, if you wish to compare your queue position with friends, you can refer to the first 5 digits of your Order Number. A lower Order Number indicates an earlier successful booking, while a higher Order Number indicates a later booking. Therefore, an Order Number with a lower first 5 digits will result in a better queue position. (For comparison purposes, strictly look at the first 5 digits only. For example, Order Number 00127 will secure a better queue position than 00545 because it was booked earlier). Please note that queue ordering is strictly segregated by zone and not combined.
