[ HOW TO BUY MERCHANDISE ]
Login: Log in using your Username and Password. (If you are not a member, please register on the homepage before proceeding).
Select Menu: Go to the "Merchandise" section.
Select Items: Choose your desired items and the quantity you wish to purchase.
Merchandise Collection:
Orders can be collected at the Official Merchandise Collection Booth at the concert venue on 26 September 2026 only. Please present your order number and your original ID card or original passport to the staff. The person collecting the merchandise must be the original purchaser and the full name must match the information on the order.
Confirm Order: Once the transaction is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Check Status: You can review your purchase history under the "VIEW MY ORDER" menu.

Purchase Limit: All items are limited to a maximum of 3 pieces per item per order.

Shipping: Order are to be collected at the Collection Booth at the venue on show day, 26 September 2026. Shipping by mail is not available.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect. You must report the issue and request an exchange immediately upon receiving your item, while still at the Official Merchandise Collection Booth. Once you leave the booth, no exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy: Pre-order purchases are final. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not available.
